A Blog To Look At During The Silence: TrueNorth Quest

Sorry about the two weeks of silence… school is winding down and I have been pretty busy. The next three or so weeks are probably going to continue in this stream of silence on the blog as I have papers to write, tests to take and projects to prepare for. But, Lord willing, after that I’ll continue posting on a more regular basis.

In the mean time, my pastor started a blog called TrueNorth Quest, were he writes about “the kingdom of God, culture, and lifestyle issues of family, finance, and health.” He has been posting a lot of fresh and relevant content. Two recent posts that I really enjoyed were both entitled “Your Jesus Is To Small” – you can read both of them: parts one and two. This is definitely a blog that you should go visit (frequently)!

Voddie Baucham Deconstructs 3 Prevalent Errors in Thinking About Homosexual Marriage

  • Homosexual marriage is a civil rights issue
  • Homosexuals are an oppressed class of people
  • Homosexuals are already “being” married… we’re just making it legal

Read how he fleshes out the problems with these ideas.
